All vehicle sales are “as-is” and Sterling Cars offers no warranties. Disputes regarding a vehicle sale are solely between the buyer and seller.
Sterling Cars may manage payments through third-party providers like Stripe. When managed payments are used; Buyers may authorize Sterling Cars to collect payments on the seller’s behalf.Payments are considered received by the seller once processed by Sterling Cars.
Transactions may be delayed, frozen, or canceled due to fraud or policy violations. Buyers are responsible for understanding any third-party fees, such as currency conversion or processing charges.
Sterling Cars is not responsible for any issues arising from loans or credit arrangements, which are handled entirely by external lenders.
