The Sterling Aftercare warranty provided for select vehicles, offering 2–3 years or up to 100,000 km of coverage for the engine and transmission system, as well as for the hybrid battery (if applicable).
Sterling Warranty is exclusive to vehicles imported with it and sold through dealers to end users in Sri Lanka.
Only vehicles that have passed strict inspections and are exported by Sterling Japan are eligible. These are carefully selected, reconditioned Japanese vehicles.
It covers the engine, transmission system, ad hybrid battery (if present) for a period of 2–3 years or up to 100,000 km, whichever comes first.
To activate your warranty, call the hotline 0117 600 800 within 14 days of purchase. You must also submit a copy of the vehicle’s Certificate of Registration (CR) via WhatsApp to the above number for warranty activation.
The warranty starts from the vehicle’s first registration date at the RMV, as indicated on the CR copy.
